Description: Set this object to true if the graceful-restart capability should be advertised to all peers. Even if this object is set to true, BGP may decide not to advertise the graceful-restart capability to a peer (for example when graceful-restart is not enabled or when it is detected that the peer does not support capability negotiation). The juniBgpPeerSentCapabilityGracefulRestart can be used to determine whether or not the capability was actually advertised to the peer.
