Description: If the juniBgpPeerAddressFamilyInboundSoftReconfig object is set to true then routes which were rejected by inbound policy are stored in memory anyway. The juniBgpPeerAddressFamilyMaximumPrefixStrict object determines whether or not these routes count towards the maximum number of routes from the peer (as configured in juniBgpPeerAddressFamilyRouteLimitWarn and/or juniBgpPeerAddressFamilyRouteLimitReset).
