What is juniAutoConfLockoutElapsedTime?

This read-only value, in seconds, reports how much of the current lockout period has already elapsed for a given encapsulation type on a given interface, never exceeding juniAutoConfLockoutTime, with 0 meaning no lockout is active. Admins use it to see how much longer the current lockout will last by comparing it against juniAutoConfLockoutTime. For example, an elapsed time of 15 against a lockout time of 20 tells the admin the lockout will lift in about 5 seconds.
