What is juniAddressPoolHighUtilThreshold?
The pool utilization percentage (1-100, default 85) that, the first time it's reached, triggers a high-utilization event notification to the management station. Must be set higher than juniAddressPoolAbatedUtilThreshold; lower this if you want earlier warning before a DHCP/address pool actually runs out.
