Description: The minimum time in seconds for this instance of the Job Set that an entry SHALL remain in the jmAttributeTable after processing has completed , i.e., the time in seconds starting when the job enters the completed, canceled, or aborted state.

Configuring this object is implementation-dependent.

This value SHOULD be at least 60 which gives a monitoring or accounting application one minute in which to poll for job data.

What is jmGeneralAttributePersistence?

This read-only value, in seconds and defaulting to 60, reports the minimum time a completed, canceled, or aborted job's detailed attribute entries remain in the attribute table before removal. An admin uses it to know the window available for retrieving detailed per-job attribute data after job completion, distinct from the more general job-record persistence. For example, an attribute persistence of 60 seconds tells the admin any custom accounting attributes must be retrieved within that minute-long window.
