This applies only if the probe type (pingCtlType) provides one-way delay measurements. For all other probe types, their values are irrelevant and will return 0.

Reports the largest one-way ingress (return-path) trip time, in microseconds, from the most recently completed test; applies only to one-way-capable probe types, otherwise returns 0. It shows the worst-case return-path delay spike in that run.
