What is jnxNatAddrPoolUtil?

This notification-only value, from 0 to 100, reports the dynamic address pool's utilization as a percentage of ports currently used. It's included in NAT threshold traps so the receiving NMS immediately knows how close a pool is to port exhaustion without a separate poll. For example, a trap carrying jnxNatAddrPoolUtil of 95 alerts the admin that a dynamic NAT pool is nearly out of available ports and needs more addresses added.
