Its value will not exceed that of jnxPPPoEIfLockoutTime. A value of 0 indicates that no lockout is occurring for the encapsulation type for the specified interface.
What is jnxPPPoEIfLockoutElapsedTime?
This OID reports how many seconds have elapsed since a specific client's lockout began on this interface, never exceeding jnxPPPoEIfLockoutTime; a value of 0 means no lockout is active. Support staff use this alongside jnxPPPoEIfLockoutTime to estimate when a blocked subscriber's device will be allowed to reconnect.
