What is ifTestOwner?
Identifies the entity that currently holds ownership required to invoke a test on this interface. Admins set this, together with ifTestId and ifTestStatus, as part of claiming exclusive access to run a diagnostic test. Setting this to a string identifying the requesting management station's IP or name records who currently controls the test slot for that interface.
