What is phySerIfT1SlotLvalue?
A read-write INTEGER (1..24) setting the low end of the DS0 timeslot range used on this T1 interface when running fractional T1. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. Together with phySerIfT1SlotHvalue it defines which of the 24 available T1 channels this port actually uses.
