OID (symbolic): ISOVIEW-MIB::phySerIfEntry

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

What is phySerIfEntry?

The conceptual row of phySerIfTable, indexed by phySerIfIndex, bundling the physical-layer type, speed, and T1-specific settings for one serial WAN port on the station. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. It sits one layer below lapbEntry, describing the physical circuit that a LAPB link runs over.
