Description: Controls sending of link related traps.
What is deviceLinkTraps?
Controls whether the device sends SNMP traps for link state events (a port's link signal going up or down). An admin enables this to get proactive notification of cable-pull or connectivity-loss events instead of only discovering them on the next poll.
