Description: The activation of a row enables MLD on the interface. The destruction of a row disables MLD on the interface.
What is mldInterfaceStatus?
This RowStatus value controls whether an MLD interface table entry exists, and by extension whether MLD is running on that interface. An admin sets it to active to turn on MLD listener discovery on the interface, or destroys the row to disable MLD there entirely. For instance, setting mldInterfaceStatus to destroy(6) on interface 3 stops that interface from tracking IPv6 multicast group memberships.
