What is mldCacheUpTime?

This reports, in TimeTicks, how long this multicast group membership entry has existed in the Cache Table. Admins use it to judge how long-lived a particular group membership on an interface has been, distinguishing a stable subscription from a very recent join. For example, a low uptime value paired with a high mldInterfaceJoins count could indicate a host repeatedly rejoining the same group.
