If this row has not been modified since the last re-initialization of the network management subsystem, this object SHOULD have a zero value.
What is spdSubFiltLastChanged?
This read-only timestamp records the value of sysUpTime (system uptime counter) at the moment when a specific IPsec Security Policy Database (SPD) subscriber filter row was last created or modified, either via SNMP SET commands or through external configuration means. A zero value indicates the row has not been modified since the management system restarted. Operators use this to audit policy changes, detect unauthorized modifications, and correlate SPD updates with other system events for compliance and troubleshooting.
