What is spdRuleDefLastChanged?
This object records when an IPsec security policy rule was last modified or created, measured as the number of hundredths of a second since the device restarted. Network operators use it to track configuration changes and audit when security rules were last updated, helping identify when policy definitions were activated or altered.
