Description: The value of sysUpTime when this row was last modified or created either through SNMP SETs or by some other external means.
If this row has not been modified since the last re-initialization of the network management subsystem, this object SHOULD have a zero value.
What is spdGroupContLastChanged?
This object records the system uptime value (timestamp) when an IPsec policy group configuration row was last modified or created, either through SNMP commands or other management interfaces. It tracks when configuration changes occur to security policy settings. An operator uses this to audit when security policies were last updated and identify recent configuration changes in the IPsec implementation.
