What is ipiaIkeActRowStatus?
This is the standard RowStatus column for creating, activating, or removing an IKE action row via SNMP. The MIB specifically prohibits destroying a row while other action-table rows still reference it, preventing an administrator from deleting an IKE action that's still in active use elsewhere.
