If active, this object MUST remain active if it is referenced by an active row in another table. An attempt to set it to anything other than active while it is referenced by an active row in another table MUST result in an inconsistentValue error.
What is ipiaAutoIkeRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus column for an autostart-IKE row, and it can't be set active until the object referenced by ipiaAutoIkeAction already exists and is itself active. Once active, this row must remain so while any other active row still references it, preventing an in-use autostart trigger from being removed prematurely.
