Description: The previous accuracy of the clock measured. The ippmSystemPrevClockAccuracy must be computed even if the synchronisation is not automatic.

What is ippmSystemPrevClockAccuracy?

This is the previously computed accuracy of the system clock, kept alongside the current value in ippmSystemClockAccuracy so admins can see whether clock accuracy is improving or degrading over time.
