Description: The most recent accuracy of the clock computed. The accuracy must be compute even if the synchronisation is not automatic.

What is ippmSystemClockAccuracy?

This is the most recently computed accuracy of the system clock. Admins use it to gauge how much timing error might be present in delay/jitter measurements taken around this time.
