What is ippmReportSetupEventsDurationThreshold?

This is the duration, in seconds, that a series of results must remain continuously over the metric threshold before an events-duration-exceeded event is generated. Admins raise this to avoid alerting on brief threshold crossings and only get notified about sustained problems, defaulting to 15 seconds.
