What is ipMRouteScopeNameStatus?

This value manages the creation and deletion of rows in the multicast scope name table, following the standard RowStatus convention. An admin uses it when provisioning or removing a human-readable name for an administratively scoped multicast address range via SNMP. Setting ipMRouteScopeNameStatus to createAndGo(4) adds a new named scope entry, while setting it to destroy(6) removes an existing one.
