ipfixTransportSessionDestinationPort

Module: IPFIX-MIB

OID (symbolic): IPFIX-MIB::ipfixTransportSessionDestinationPort

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.193.1.1.1.1.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: InetPortNumber

Access: read-only

Description: The transport protocol port number of the Collector. The default value is 4739 for all currently defined transport protocol types. This object is used with protocols (specified in ipfixTransportSessionProtocol) like TCP (6) and UDP (17) that have the notion of ports. SCTP (132) should copy the value of sctpAssocRemPort if the Transport Session is in collecting mode or sctpAssocLocalPort if the Transport Session is in exporting mode. The association is referenced by the ipfixTransportSessionSctpAssocId. If any other protocol without the notion of ports is used, the object MUST be set to zero.

What is ipfixTransportSessionDestinationPort?

Reports the transport-layer destination port number used by the Collector for this IPFIX session (defaulting to 4739), the port an admin must ensure is open on the network path and allowed by the collector's firewall.
