Description:
Sets the Tx over CIR alarm threshold. This threshold is the number of bits per second in excess of CIR. Setting this field to 0 disables the alarm.
What is ipadDLCItxExCIRThreshold?
This object sets the alarm threshold for the amount of traffic (in bits per second) that exceeds the Committed Information Rate (CIR) on a Frame Relay or ATM data-link connection. When traffic surpasses CIR by this amount, an alarm is triggered to alert operators. Setting the threshold to zero disables the over-CIR alarm, allowing operators to control alerting sensitivity and policy enforcement for traffic overages.
