What is ipSystemStatsInTruncatedPkts?

This counter tracks the number of incoming IP datagrams that were discarded because they were incomplete or truncated, lacking sufficient data in the frame to process. High values on this counter may indicate network issues such as buffer overflows, misconfigured MTU sizes, or physical layer problems. An operator investigating packet loss or connectivity problems would examine this metric.
