Description: The number of IP broadcast datagrams received. This object counts the same datagrams as ipSystemStatsInBcastPkts but allows for larger values.

Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of

ipSystemStatsDiscontinuityTime.

What is ipSystemStatsHCInBcastPkts?

The number of IP broadcast datagrams received system-wide for a given IP version, as a 64-bit counter for high-speed links (IPv4 only, since IPv6 has no broadcast).
