What is switchDot1qVlanStatus?

Indicates why this VLAN entry currently exists: other(1), permanent(2, backed by a static VLAN entry and will survive a reset), or dynamicGvrp(3, learned via GVRP and removed once the last port leaves). An admin uses this to tell a manually-provisioned VLAN apart from one that GVRP created on the fly.
