What is chassisMaximumPower?

This object reports the chassis's static maximum power rating in watts, using the sign convention that negative values indicate the chassis consumes power, positive values indicate it generates power, zero means it's passive, and -1 means the rating is unknown. An admin uses this figure for power-budget planning when populating a rack, to ensure the facility's power supply can handle the chassis at its maximum draw. For example, a value of -750 indicates this chassis can draw up to 750 watts at maximum load.
