What is ipfInfoMostRecentChange?
This is a TimeTicks value recording when the IPF filter configuration, such as user groups or their memberships, was most recently changed. Admins use it to detect whether the filter configuration has been modified since a known baseline, useful for change auditing or confirming a config push actually took effect. As an illustrative example, comparing this value across two polls lets a monitoring script flag that someone updated a user-group membership between checks.
