What is ipfInfoL3Rejects?

This is a running count of packets that were rejected when evaluated against the Layer 3, IP-address-based, filter rules. Admins monitor this counter to see how actively the L3 filter is blocking traffic, which helps validate that IP-based user-group policy is being enforced as expected. For example, a rapidly climbing L3 rejects counter after a policy change could indicate a misconfigured subnet mask is blocking legitimate traffic.
