Description: A unique value, greater than zero, for each radio, starting from one.
What is ethInfoIndex?
A unique index, starting at 1, identifying one row of the Ethernet port info table; it's the same value used to walk ethDescr, ethInfoSpeed, and ethInfoDuplex for a given port.
