Description: The entity which currently has the 'ownership' required to invoke a test on this interface.
What is ifTestOwner?
This deprecated read-write OwnerString identifies which management entity currently holds the right to run a test on this interface. It exists to prevent two managers from stepping on each other's diagnostics by recording who initiated the in-progress test named in ifTestId/ifTestStatus. For example, a management station writes its own identifying string, such as 'noc-station-3', into ifTestOwner when it claims the interface for a test.
