Description: A counter of the number of times that a re-configuration of the traffic schedule has been requested with the old schedule still running and the requested base time was in the past.
What is ieee8021PSFPConfigChangeError?
Counts how many times a gate reconfiguration was requested with the old schedule still running and the newly requested base time already in the past, which would make the new schedule impossible to apply cleanly. A rising count points to clock-sync or timing-coordination problems when reprogramming TSN gates.
