Description: Specifies whether or not the default value for all Ports is to send and receive the Congestion Notification TLV in LLDPDUs, either: cnlNone(1) Do not send Congestion Notification TLVs, and ignore them on receipt. cnlAdmin(2) Use the LLDP instance selected by ieee8021CnComPriLldpInstanceSelector to send and receive the Congestion Notification TLV.
This object can be overridden by ieee8021CnPortPriLldpInstanceChoice.
What is ieee8021CnComPriLldpInstanceChoice?
Sets the component-wide default for whether ports send/receive the Congestion Notification TLV in LLDP: cnlNone disables it entirely, while cnlAdmin (the default) uses the LLDP instance chosen in ieee8021CnComPriLldpInstanceSelector; per-port settings can override this default.
