What is moduleControlD?
moduleControlD is a read-write INTEGER with values enabled(1) or disabled(2) that controls whether channel 4 of a given power module is turned on. Admins use it to independently manage that channel's power state for maintenance, load shedding, or fault isolation. During a planned load-shedding event, an admin might set moduleControlD to disabled(2) on a non-critical channel to reduce total system draw.
