What is ibmfrBRSInterfaceTotalBandwidth?
This read-only value reports the sum of the individual bandwidth-percentage allocations across all circuit classes configured on this Frame Relay interface. An admin can use it to sanity-check that the circuit classes on an interface don't collectively over-commit available bandwidth.
