Description: The minimum queue length for each priority queue of each traffic class that is defined for a virtual circuit. This value overrides the min queue length specified for the interface and indicated by ibmfrBRSInterfaceMinQueue.

What is ibmfrBRSCircuitMinQueue?

This read-only value reports the minimum queue length for each priority queue of each traffic class on this virtual circuit, overriding the interface-wide ibmfrBRSInterfaceMinQueue when set. Together with ibmfrBRSCircuitMaxQueue it defines the per-circuit queue-depth range.
