What is win32ProcessPeakPageFileUsage?
This object's own DESCRIPTION states the data it would report is "no longer provided by the agent," deprecated as of MIB version 4.1, even though the OBJECT-TYPE clause itself remains active rather than commented out like its neighboring object. Based on its name and REFERENCE to the Windows WMI property Win32_Process.PeakPageFileUsage, it was originally intended to report the peak amount of page-file (virtual memory swap) space a given Windows process consumed at any point during its execution, which an administrator would have used to spot memory-hungry processes. Because the agent no longer populates this value, querying it today would be expected to return either a stale placeholder or simply not reflect real process memory behavior, and an administrator would need to rely on more current Windows performance-monitoring tools instead.
