What is ibmSystemPowerUp?

This OCTET STRING returns the agent version string if power supply health data is currently available from this server. An admin checks it before relying on power supply status objects, since it confirms the Director Agent is actually collecting PSU health information. For example, an admin building redundant-PSU failure alerts across a data center would exclude any server that doesn't return a version string here.
