What is ibmSystemNetworkUp?
This OCTET STRING returns the agent version string if network interface health data is currently available from this server. An admin checks it before relying on any network-interface health monitoring exposed elsewhere by the Director Agent. For example, an admin correlating NIC failures with SNMP alerts would first confirm this object returns a version string before trusting the network health data for that server.
