rxr1dTpAgingTime
Module: IBM-RXR-MIB
OID (symbolic): IBM-RXR-MIB::rxr1dTpAgingTime
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.26.1.4.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: The timeout period in seconds for aging out dynamically learned forwarding information.
What is rxr1dTpAgingTime?
Sets, in seconds, how long a dynamically learned forwarding-table entry can sit idle before the bridge ages it out. An admin might shorten this on a network with frequently moving devices so stale entries don't cause misdirected traffic, at the cost of more relearning overhead.
