What is portModuleRelative?
The inverse of portModuleReal: given a port's real (absolute) index on the module, this returns its relative index within its port-type group. An admin's tool uses this to figure out which numbered port-of-a-type (e.g. the 2nd external port) a given real port index corresponds to.
