What is ntpv3AuthEnable?

Turns NTPv3 authentication on or off (enabled/disabled) for the module's time-sync requests. An admin enables this alongside ntpv3AuthConfig to require the NTP server to authenticate itself with the configured MD5 key before the module accepts its time.
