What is ntpv3AuthConfig?

Configures an NTPv3 authentication key entry used to authenticate time-sync requests to a secure NTP server, in the format <key index>::<key type>::<key>, where key type 'M' means MD5. A set writes the full entry including the secret key, but a get only returns the index and type -- never the key value -- for security.
