The exponent form of CWmax that an AP uses for the Best Effort (AC_BE) access category, ranging 0-15 and defaulting to 6, per its DESCRIPTION. This higher default (versus 3/4 for Voice/Video) intentionally gives ordinary best-effort traffic lower priority access to the channel from the AP.
