What is hwMgcpMgSoftParameter17?
Sets a hold-down timer, in seconds (0-65534, default 1000), that prevents a line from rapidly flapping between data and voice service right after an automatic data-transparent-transmission session ends. Increase it if you're seeing unwanted service oscillation on lines that mix fax/modem and voice traffic.
