What is syslogServerRowStatus?

This is the standard SNMP RowStatus control used to add or delete a row in the syslogServerTable, i.e., to provision or remove a syslog server entry. An admin sets it to createAndGo to add a new syslog server (after setting its IP address and policy group) or to destroy to remove one from the configuration. For example, decommissioning an old syslog collector would involve setting syslogServerRowStatus to destroy(6) for that server's table entry.
