What is syslogPolicyGroupRowStatus?

This is the standard SNMP RowStatus control used to add or delete a row in the syslogPolicyGroupTable, creating or removing a named policy group. An admin sets this to createAndGo when defining a new policy group (which servers can later select) or to destroy to remove a group that's no longer needed. For instance, an admin retiring the "SecurityPolicyGroup" would set its syslogPolicyGroupRowStatus to destroy(6), assuming no server entries still reference it.
