hwEnvTempSensInslotChange
Module: HUAWEI-SITE-MONITOR-MIB
OID (symbolic): HUAWEI-SITE-MONITOR-MIB::hwEnvTempSensInslotChange
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.6.164.2.2.0.4
Node type: NOTIFICATION-TYPE
Description: When the presence status of an environment temperature sensor changes, the node reports an event. Then the NMS adds or deletes the corresponding entry to or from hwEvnTempSensorTable. The bound information includes the site address, site name, site description, and NE identifier. In addition, the ID, name, and status of the environment temperature sensor are bound to identify the specific environment temperature sensor and its operation type. When an entry is added, the device status is reported as normal (1); when an entry is deleted, the device status is reported as notInslot (4). This trap is the unique trigger condition that causes the NMS to add or delete entries to or from hwEnvTempSensorTable.
Examples
Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' HUAWEI-SITE-MONITOR-MIB::hwEnvTempSensInslotChange snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.6.164.2.2.0.4
Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):
snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public
Example snmptrapd log entry:
zoo11-linux.zoo [UDP: [192.168.30.111]:50567->[192.168.30.10]:162]: DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = Timeticks: (258743175) 29 days, 22:43:51.75 SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 = OID: HUAWEI-SITE-MONITOR-MIB::hwEnvTempSensInslotChange
